Willow Cottage

This low-maintenance home encourages family togetherness by the openness of this story and a half timber frame. The great room is separated from the kitchen by the “eat-in” counter, creating more of an informal dining atmosphere. The first floor also offers a guest room and a mudroom. Over the guest room is the loft where the master bedroom with a bath and a walk-in closet is located. A large porch leads into the entry which borders the stairway to the second floor.

Winward Cottage

This 11/2 story timber frame offers capacity without sacrificing comfort and charm. The first floor has an open floor plan with the living room placed next to the entry. A guest bedroom and bath are tucked away past the dining room, while on the other side the kitchen is divided from the dining room by only a counter. The master bedroom is located on the second floor for privacy, with a neighboring office area that overlooks the great room below.
